To ensure all guests can begin their session on time and receive the best service possible, we ask that you please notify us if you are unable to make your appointment.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment we require a 12-hour notice. Any appointments cancelled within 12 hours will be subjected to a 50% service fee to the card provided at booking.
Please be on time to your appointment. We understand that things happen that are often times out of our control but please let us know ahead of time if you will be running late as soon as possible. Any clients more than 10 minutes late may be subject to rescheduling, & a 50% service fee, to avoid inconveniencing the client scheduled after you.
Any no show status will result in a 75% service charge to the card provided at the time of booking.
If you have a membership with us, a $25 service fee will be applied to any appointments that are no showed, and a $10 service fee for any cancelled within 6 hours or are more than 10 minutes late.
